Gendarite is a ceremony for every ning during their 108th lunar month, (or nine gawple calendar years).
Lumins believe that by then, a ning has a good idea of which gender contribution they want to make as they move into young glinhood.
Some lumins don’t make a choice at all, which is considered normal.
